This is the timeframe in which they evaluate your previous background for how old issues are such as evictions, rental debt, criminal records, or broken leases, etc. This period focuses on recent years to determine your current risk level which can be a minimum of 12 months old and longer.
Case-By-Case Approval
There are apartments on the list that are case-by-case which we prefer! When a property says this," it means they are not using tenant screening "auto-denial" algorithms. A human reviews your application to weigh your current stability against your rental history.
