Movie: "Life As We Know It" House Sold

In 2010, the movie “Life As We Know It” which featured the home located at 4172 Club Drive NE, Atlanta, in the Brookhaven area has sold for $1,443,000 in October. The home was listed on June 01, 2016 and went under contract after 88 days on the market. The 2-time nominated Teen Choice Awards romantic comedy stars Katherine Heigl (Holly Berenson) and Josh Duhame (Eric Messer).

Movie Plot: After a disastrous first date the only things the two have in common are mutual dislike and their love for their goddaughter, Sophie. The two are thrown together when they unexpectedly become her caretakers for little Sophie after their friends' are killed in a car crash. Now they have to put their differences aside and figure out a way to work together for the benefit of the child.
