Finding a place to rent with issues like poor credit, evictions, etc., can cause housing problems and lead to homelessness. We created this service to assist people with these issues get a second chance to rent a place to live by providing a list of apartments that accept various types of situations. Developing and maintaining our list is a huge undertaking due to the difficulty and time involved with locating apartments with rental requirements that align with overall objectives. In addition to the list, we also provide information, resources including consulting with people on the best strategies to take to resolve their issues.  VIEW SERVICE

GoFundMe Campaign: (8/1/2024)

We are in desperate need of help to assist families we are currently working with find and help fund a place to live and get out of the cars and cheap motels they are living in before school starts if at all possible. These families are single women with children who need a helping hand due to unforeseen circumstances.

More and more people who are not typically faced with being homeless and in a dire situation of this nature need help. This is a much needed service and we are spending our own time and money to help others.  However, to continue this service and to expand it where it needs to be, we need help.  We are currently charging $29.95 for our list to offset some of the expenses we incur. Our goal is to provide the service for free, but we haven't reached this objective yet. We are hoping this campaign will help us achieve this goal in addition to enhancing and expanding the service.
