Unpaid Judgments: These are often grounds for automatic denial, especially if they are related to a prior eviction or landlord-tenant disputes and less than 3 years old. In states like Georgia, judgments can even be renewed and remain enforceable for 20 years or more.

Rental Debt: Unpaid rental debt that is on your credit report. (There are not many apartments on the list that accept unpaid rental debt, but it depends on the amount you owe, if you are making payments, and how old the rental debt is.)

Combined Situations: Renters with multiple issues may not benefit - (Ex: you have unpaid rental debt on your credit reports, multiple 30 day late payments on various accounts less than 6-12 months old, and unpaid collections accounts less than 1-2 years old. This is considered multiple/combined situations.)
