Listing Form:
 This form is the information we will use to create your MLS listing. The MLS requires certain information about your property for it to be listed. Please review the form first and decide what photos you will use. If you don't have all the information, your form can be saved, and you can finish it later using the email link that will be sent when you save it. Also, if you are not sure about something, you can indicate this and/or ask us for help.

Photos:
Max Size: 2MB per image. Preferred photo resolution: approx. 1600 X 1066 pixels. You can also email your photos to us if you have a problem or are not sure about the size and resolution. We will adjust them for you or let you know if certain ones are too small, etc.

 

Listing Agreement:

Once you fill out the form, we will email you the listing agreement that is required to put your property on the MLS. The agreement is a Transaction Broker Agreement. It is different than a traditional listing agreement because you will still have FSBO status even though we will be listed on the MLS as your listing broker. It will also contain the FSBO services included in your plan. And for a faster process, we use Authentisign for electronic signatures.

Payment:

We will email you an invoice using PayPal once the agreement is signed. You will be able to pay using a credit or debit card. You can also utilize the "Buy Now, Pay Later' option we have added to our invoice payment options. It's quick and simple. Plus, it won't affect your credit. Your MLS Listing:

Once you sign the agreement and pay the invoice, we will prepare your listing and your property will appear on the MLS (and 1,000s of real estate websites, unless you choose not to have your listing syndicated). The process can take 24 hours to a few days depending on when and how fast you complete these steps.

Offer/Contract:

When you accept an offer/contract, you must notify us. If you choose to have us review your offers, notify us prior to accepting and signing any offer.
