Our service will offer two ways to review your rental history, public civil records, and criminal history (if applicable). You can use our DIY (Do-It-Yourself) tools to pull your own records, or let us handle the process for you using our professional screening partners which automatically includes your credit. It’s fast, secure, and private—you will provide your sensitive data directly to the screening services we utilize, so we never see or store your personal information.
Semi-Custom Apartment List
This service is designed for renters on a budget or those who don't meet our full-service qualifications for our ApprovedPath customized list. It offers you the ability to gain professional insight for your apartment search.
We will create a list of apartments based on your approval challenges and location preferences using our exclusive, agent-only database with specialized "2nd Chance" search filters.
Unlike ApprovedPath, instead of our team making the calls, you’ll reach out to the properties directly and find out about availability, confirm their requirements to ensure nothing has changed and ask about their ‘look back’ dates (how old your issue needs to be).
We will also include communities that partner with vetted third-party guarantors, offering you a seamless 'Plan B' if you need extra support to secure your lease or more options to get approved.

2nd Chance Consultations
For over a decade, we’ve supported thousands of renters navigating the complexities of finding second-chance housing. Whether they purchased our list or simply reached out via our inquiry form, many of these savvy individuals asked us for additional personalized guidance—and we were happy to provide it.
But as our community has grown, so has the demand for our time making free consultations unsustainable. We also realized as we phase out our 2nd Chance and Flexible Apartment List, we would also need to end the free consultations that were 'organically' attached to our list.
However, rather than stopping our support entirely, we’ve decided to formalize our guidance into a new, dedicated service. This allows us to give you the focused, high-quality attention you deserve.
